My name is Sarah Roberts and I am the Founder of the global Fundraising and Project Management Consultancy From Little Things, currently based in Australia on the land of the Dharawal People, sovereignty never ceded.

From Little Things exists to solve the critical issues facing outstanding organizations both large and small. In 2018, the opportunity arose to support newer and more diverse organizations with strategic fundraising and project management support and I jumped at the chance.

Inspired by the Paul Kelly protest song, "From Little Things Big Things Grow", and the notion that your actions, no matter how small, can lead to a kinder, fairer and more equitable world. I want to help you succeed in your vision.

Fundraising growth, impactful projects and lasting change is possible and happens everyday. I'm incredibly lucky to have over 25 years experience fundraising for outstanding causes including MSF, Greenpeace, New Energy Nexus, Our Kids Climate, Circle Economy and the Resilience Institute. They've taught me a lot, as have the terrific funders who keep them in action.

I have a specialty in global philanthropic fundraising with specific expertise in Europe, the US, Oceana, Canada, China, India, Southeast Asia, and the African Continent. I focus mostly on philanthropy and high-net-worth individuals (but have engaged across all types of fundraising including legacies, regular givers, donor acquisition, and retention).

Donors give me so much joy and I hope I can help you find them, meet them, ask them and keep them.

My key focus is on fundraising strategy, prospect research, case for support development, grant writing, board engagement and team management.
